KING RESIDENCE

This project was completely custom from the ground up, and included an exterior landscape layout to match the architecture. The exterior views are punctuated by palladian windows, keystone and thickened stucco applique technique, and a modern large back porch. The interior design is contemporary and open concept. The interior spaces are flooded with natural light and feel exceptionally large due to details like vaulted ceilings, lots of windows, and two skylights on the second floor. Interior wood columns, glass block, french doors, crown molding, and built in cabinets are featured. Additional bold statements, such as the large cantilevered balcony over the living room, that is also an accent at the entry point to the home, make this residence one of a kind.
