This renovation project started with a facelift to the exterior front and rear elevations, which included a new color scheme, architectural accents such as columns with brick bases, new fascia over the dormers, glass block and more. The pre-existing rec room on the back of the home was removed, and replaced by a large deck. The back deck addition can be accessed directly off the completely re-designed master bedroom space, complete with enlarged and updated bathroom.
