This residence was a complete custom home design and new construction project. One of the more unique and innovative features of the home is a second floor indoor/outdoor porch, which allows more privacy for the homeowner. The porch employs clean and modern garage type doors, which can be opened to reveal screens, or closed in order to transform the space into a sun room, for use year-round.
We worked with this client on a number of enhancements to their estate. The largest of these included a carriage house/mother-in-law suite on the right side of the property, and a back yard pool complete with several water features and a new cabana with outdoor kitchen. The architectural details of the back porch space overlooking the pool were also enhanced, as an additional beautification to the rear home elevation. We worked to blend the additions seamlessly with the existing architecture, maintaining a stately, classic and clean design.
These clients were looking for a total remodel of an older residence in a great location, on a beautiful lot. We worked with them to provide a number of modern updates to the front and rear elevations of their home. We also re-designed the pool area, and a portion of the basement to suit their needs, and refresh their space to reflect their style. The result was a gorgeous family home for them to enjoy while raising their children, with warm and inviting spaces for entertaining.
This ADU/ pool house was an addition to an existing residence. The open concept floor plan gives an easy sense of flow and ensures every square foot is maximized. The large windows capture natural light and allow gorgeous vistas of the surrounding landscape and pool areas. This space can truly function as a stand alone home, with its own garage entry and deck for entertaining and lounging, while also feeling completely connected to the main residence.
